Rihanna Wins "Video of the year Award"

The 2012 Video Music Awards was a potpourri of few fresh faces with many familiar ones. One Direction won a whopping three awards, while Rihanna took home the night’s most coveted honor– video of the year.
The 2012 MTV Video Music Awards, hosted by
Kevin Hart, took place yesterday, Thursday
September 6, 2012, honoring the best music videos from the previous year. The VMA 2012 was broadcast Live from the Staples Center arena at Los Angeles, USA
Rihanna opened this year’s award with a
performance that was full of seduction (which by the way, seems to be her thing), good music, even better dancing and—the best part—a balloon party!
