Robbers Invade Wedding, ‘steals wedding ring’

Fear grip guests as heavily armed gunmen numbering about six invaded a wedding reception in the Abule-Egba area of Lagos on Saturday and shot one of the female guest after dispossessing the other guests present of their valuables.

It was also gathered that they also robbed the wedding rings of the bride and groom.

A source added that the female guest that was shot, was shot because she tried to run away from the scene when the armed robbers ordered every body present to lay face down.
